Your use of this Website and/or our services constitutes Your agreement to the following terms and conditions. If You do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website or Our services.

f You are under legal age of consent for Your respective district, you are not allowed to access or use this Website or Our services. You acknowledge and agree that You must be of legal age to purchase any of Our products or services available on this Website or otherwise. By submitting an order and/or payment, you are acknowledging that You have read and understand these terms and conditions. By submitting an order and/or payment, you are also agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and thepublishinggenie.com.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

“Website” means all online content on thepublishinggenie.com website pages. 
“Customer,” “You,” or “Yours” mean and refer to you and/or any other person submitting an order to thepublishinggenie.com on your behalf. 
“Company,” “We,” or “Our” mean and refer to thepublishinggenie.com, a company registered under the laws of California. 

“Product” means and refers to all services and products provided by thepublishinggenie.com to Customer in accordance with his/her Order. 
“Order” means an order via phone or e-mail made by Customer to purchase services or products provided by thepublishinggenie.com. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, WesternUnion, Zelle, CashAPP or PayPal transfer.  

OUR SERVICES

By submitting the Order and/or payment, you are purchasing the Product for Your use only. All Products are drafted by our own writers who transferred all rights and ownership regarding the Products to the Company. All Products are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied for 3rd party services. It is your obligation to read these Terms and Conditions before submitting any Order and/or payment to this Website. 

REFUND POLICY

"Client is entitled to a 100% refund only if the book does not meet the given or approved outline!"

It is important that you read and fully understand the refund policy in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by The Publishing Genie Policy. 
We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under: 

Change of Mind: 

  • If (for any reason) you change your mind and decide against continuing your project with us after placing your order, you can ask for refund within the first hour of placing your order. Al through a processing fee of 10% of the order amount would be charged.

    There is 0% refund after the 1st hour of placing the order on change of mind due to any reason.

Incompetent Delivery: 

  • Once the work is delivered, customers are only entitled to claim a refund once they have exhausted all the options detailed as under; 

  • If it does not comply with project requirements (as requested/documented by the customer). We are committed to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure that the delivery is up to the mark. We assign, re-assign and re-write your work to ensure complete satisfaction. 

  • Reserve FREE Pages for future, but of same value and you can avail them at any time. 

If we’re still not able to deliver what you asked for, refund will be processed with a mutual agreement on a set percentage which is not more then %50 in any condition (but only in the cases where the delivery is completely off the mark) 

Late Delivery: 

  • We believe in “On Time Delivery” but if, for any reason we fail to deliver the asked service on time, after at least three attempts to contact us, your refund will be processed once it is established through documentary evidence that the late delivery was the company’s fault, so refund will be processed with a mutual agreement on a set percentage which is not more then %50 in any condition. 

Refund Time Frame: 

  • Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of Service Purchased. Refunds claimed after the set time frame will not be entertained. 

  • All the customers must note the deadline for claiming refund at the time of placing order. 

Cases where refund will not be issued: 

  • In case of late delivery due to some minor technical errors, such as grammatical, typing, word count, missing references etc., refunds will be processed with mutual agreement and the company will only settle with partial refund or discounts reserved for future purchases. 

  • The company will not be responsible for any delay from the client’s end. 

  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.  

  • The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.  

  • You have demanded unrealistic revisions. 

  • No refund will be issued on the basis of low of writing. 

 

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

To claim your refund in accordance with our refund policy, follow the following steps: 
 
You can claim your refund by:

As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest, once the required analysis is completed we will initiate the process which generally take 20-25 Working Days. 
 
After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any documentation submitted by The Publishing Genie, the information will be submitted the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality. 

DISPUTE/CHARGEBACK POLICIES

Fraudulent 

Our company do not charge any credit/debit card without customer authorization & customer always pay us through the payment link generated from merchant and our company do not support any fraudulent activities. 

Product Not Received 

Customers claiming Product not received during the time frame when Project is still going on with the company, and if there is any delay in delivery because customer changed their requirements of project or any kind of delay occurred from customer even once for any reason, our company is not responsible to deliver it within the time frame decided in the start of project, as it is clearly mentioned in our T&C that “Change of Requirement” (Can effect on Time & Cost of projects). 

If still they do not want to continue then they need to submit cancellation with valid reason, & it will be reviewed by our QA team and offered partial refund if customer is eligible for it according to our mentioned T&C`s 

Product/Service Unacceptable 

If customer claims that product is unacceptable then we do not process anything without customer`s approval, once design is approved then customer can’t claim product unacceptable or damage, as we also provide unlimited revisions for design/development until we resolve customer’s query, we also recreate it from scratch to keep customer satisfaction on priorities basis, We have a dedicated team working for every project so customer cannot claim a full reimbursement on a project claiming Product unacceptable.  

Additionally, we do not provide any product in hard form, & our service is always open to redo it if they are not satisfied during a limited time frame. 

Credit not processed 

Customer can only claim credit not processed if the refund is committed by the Company’s Billing or Customer Care in written and we have not processed it on given time frame. 

General/Other 

If any dispute occurs in general/other terms then we do not entertain change of mind from customer as company invest their resource to provide services to customer.
